20 Years of the VERBUND COLLECTION

The SAMMLUNG VERBUND presented the exhibition 20 Years of the VERBUND COLLECTION at the Albertina from February 29 to May 5, 2024.

20 Years SAMMLUNG VERBUND

ORLAN: SIX DECADES

On March 20, 2023 we opened the first solo exhibition in Austria of the French artist ORLAN in our Vertical Gallery.

Orlan. Six Decades

The picture shows a work of art by Orlan. This collage is characterized by strong red and yellow tones. In the center is the face of a deconstructed female figure and a hand.

A Feminist avantgarde of the 1970s in Arles

The VERBUND COLLECTION presented the exhibition "Feminist Avant-Garde of the 1970s" at the Museum of Contemporary Art Vojvodina from May 20 to June 21, 2022.

Female Sensibility goes to Lentos Kunstmuseum

From September 24, 2021 to January 9, 2022, Lentos presented the exhibition Female Sensibility. Feminist Avant-Garde from the VERBUND COLLECTION.

Exhibition details

In a bright exhibition room there are several partition walls, the side wall of which is painted in bright red. Black and white photographs hang on all the walls. Further back in the room are monitors and a black seat without backrests.

Feminist avant-garde: Made in Austria

From February 19 to March 2020, the SAMMLUNG VERBUND, Vienna, presented the group exhibition MADE IN AUSTRIA with 16 Austrian positions of the feminist avant-garde.
