Care – The art of welfare
The works presented shed light on various aspects of care work: from presenting the kitchen as a symbol of everyday caregiving, to reflecting on motherhood in the world of art, through to touching photographs that document intergenerational cohesion when caring for the elderly.
The exhibition charts the path from the feminist avant-garde of the 1970s to contemporary positions, and highlights the social relevance and recognition of care work, for which women largely bear responsibility. Curated by Gabriele Schor, the VERBUND COLLECTION’s founding director, the exhibition is a clear demonstration of appreciation and awareness.
Experience an exhibition that combines artistic perspectives and social responsibility – a strong signal for a sustainable and people-orientated future.
